    Hand wash only with soap and water. Do not scrub the design or soak your cup. Do not microwave or use in dishwasher. Please remember that these are handmade and need to be treated gently.

  • RETURN POLICY

    We hope you *love* your Fern Candle purchase, but in the event of a return we can be reached at ferncandle@outlook.com or you can fill out the 'Contact' form on our website.

    Please contact us within 5 business days of your purchase. We do not accept used or altered items. Purchaser is responsible for return shipping charges and original shipping costs are non-refundable. 

  • SHIPPING

    All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days. We process and ship orders Monday through Thursday, excluding holidays. All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS.

    We do not offer replacements for lost or stolen items. Please make sure your order ships to a secure location.
